DAY OF COORDINATION + MONTH OF PLANNING PACKAGE

Pre-Wedding Day

  • Two (2) Client meetings – Initial consultation and follow up meeting one month before the wedding 

  • Unlimited contact via email

  • Monthly email check-ins to ensure the planning process is on track

  • Receive general planning checklist

  • Production of detailed wedding day itinerary

  • Confirm arrangements with Rental Company: Delivery date, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc. 

  • Detailed timeline sent one week prior to the wedding day to all vendors for review 

  • Confirmation from all vendors

  • Cricut Maker wedding decor available for individual pricing 

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)

  • Collect and coordinate final payments for specific vendors 

  • Collect wedding day items: Marriage License, guest signing item, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, party favors, candles, programs, escort cards, chargers, and more prior to the rehearsal 

Wedding Day 

  • Two coordinators for 10 hours the day of the wedding 

  • Manage the flow and timing of ceremony and reception until the cake cutting

  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors 

  • Extensive bridal emergency kit on hand

  • Access to GBE’s wedding decor

  • Custom wood signs by Lynde for decor or personal use (1 included)

Ceremony 

  • Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on wedding party and family members

  • Direct photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist, and more on where to set up 

  • Oversee ceremony set up to ensure all commitments are fulfilled 

  • Set up all ceremony decor not handled by specific vendors: Guest signing item, programs, and more

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Lining up the wedding party 

  • Cue musicians

  • Providing the officiant with the marriage license

  • Ensuring the wedding rings are present

Cocktail Hour and Reception

  • Set up all reception decor not handled by specific vendors: Favors, cake knife, escort cards, and more

  • Manage vendor set up

  • Bustle Bride’s wedding gown

  • Line up and cue the Bride, Groom, and wedding party for the grand entrance 

  • Assisting entertainment providers in cue important events: Grand entrance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and more 

  • Maintaining and coordinating timeline

  • Staying in contact with venue staff to ensure things are going smoothly 

  • Assistance in coordinating grand exit

  • Post wedding – ensure all personal items, extra food and alcohol are sent home with the designated contact person 

  • Supervise the collection of gifts and cards by the designated contact person
